Spring is here, and things are changing! Sap rising, flowers bursting into blossom. The forward momentum is palpable.

Your coaching package is highly personalized. You can expect to find alignment and integration, and discover ways to ground this integration in your physical experience.

My approach works from the basis of coming into conscious communication with your personal values, and creating alignment between your conscious mind and your unconscious processes.

My approach to coaching is holomorphic - meaning that wherever we choose to focus, this work will impact your life process and experience globally, rapidly, and with lasting results. Many people come to me for relationship and sexuality shift, and many come with spiritual break-through and growth as an area of focus. My most long-term client has moved from personal growth to professional growth in the past year.
Still others come to shift cycles or patterns that are not serving them, such as patterns of indulgence, or substance use or abuse. I am equally comfortable in any of these realms, and am here to best serve your process.
