I'm a writer, educator and activist, priestess, communitarian, hippie-kid, mom. In my day-to-day, I work as a seminar and workshop trainer, NLP practitioner and life-coach.

My main goal is to live the life I want to create - not vice-versa. Many of us get caught up prearing for/creating the life we will someday live. I know there is no “some day,” so I choose to live my desired life now. And in living is the reward. Success shall be our proof.

I am committed to living Love in Action, seeking, and surrendering to, Divine Love. Ceremony, prayer and meditation are a huge part of my life, but not as something set-aside. I find that the more integrated life and practice are, the more real they both become.

I design and facilitate a wide variety of experiential workshops and ceremonies and celebrations, and have had the opportunity to offer these in cities, towns, festivals and events all over the US and in assorted other countries.

As I mentioned above, I also work as a personal coach. My practice is rooted in many methodologies and modalities. These include neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), guided visualization, full-consensus decision-making, responsible communication, full body communication techniques, kinesthetic awareness, intention training, and ritual initiation cycles.

I was raised as part of the hippie-pagan-back-to-the-land movement in northern CA. I grew up dirty, barefoot, and mostly innocent. The values I absorbed in the lands of my youth were liberating, but compromising, too. They left me not a very good candidate for socialization into the superculture, but very adept at listening to and with my body.
